By accessing or using Jeser websites, mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. About Jeser
Jeser provides assisted commerce capabilities that help users explore external marketplaces, request purchases, upload payment proofs where applicable, and track order-related status updates through Jeser’s systems. Jeser is not the merchant of record for third-party marketplace listings unless expressly stated otherwise on a specific transaction.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering or submitting orders. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Jeser may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security or fraud risk.
4. Orders, pricing, and payments
Quotes, estimates, fees, shipping timelines, and final totals may depend on third-party availability, exchange rates, customs rules, and operational constraints. Displayed estimates are not guarantees unless confirmed according to Jeser’s operational workflow.
Payment instructions and proof-of-payment rules are communicated through the Services. You agree not to misuse payment flows or submit fraudulent documents.
Chargebacks, refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled according to Jeser policies and applicable law as determined by Jeser in good faith, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
5. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations, including sanctions, import/export restrictions, or marketplace policies you rely on through Jeser.
Attempt unauthorized access, scraping that degrades service, or interference with Jeser systems or integrated partners.
Upload malware, harass staff or users, or misuse support channels.
6. Third-party services and links
The Services may reference or integrate with third-party websites and sellers. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. Jeser is not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing errors on external sites, or disputes solely between you and a third party—except where Jeser explicitly acts as a contractual counterparty for a specific transaction.
7. Intellectual property
Jeser trademarks, branding, software, and materials are owned by Jeser or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Services as intended. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Jeser materials without permission.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Jeser disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited. Jeser does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeser and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. Jeser’s aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to Jeser for the transaction giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or (b) fifty USD (USD 50), unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
10. Changes
Jeser may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance. Material changes may require additional notice where required by law.
11. Contact
For legal notices or privacy requests, contact Jeser using the official channels published in the app or on your deployment’s contact page. Replace placeholder contact details before publishing publicly.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws chosen by Jeser for its operating entity, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would select another jurisdiction. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Replace this section after counsel confirms governing law and venue for your entity.
